"A soulmate is someone who has locks that fit our keys, and keys to fit our locks. When we feel safe enough to open the locks, our truest selves step out and we can be completely and honestly who we are; we can be loved for who we are and not for who we’re pretending to be. Each unveils the best part of the other. No matter what else goes wrong around us, with that one person we’re safe in our own paradise. Our soulmate is someone who shares our deepest longings, our sense of direction. When we’re two balloons, and together our direction is up, chances are we’ve found the right person. Our soulmate is the one who makes life come to life." ~Richard Bach
(Click on Picture to make it larger) What an incredible mouth watering selection!
My personal favorites????
The Prosciutto Wrapped Shrimp to start off with.
I'd follow that with the Pesto Crusted Sea bass as my main entree, and pair that with a fine Chardonnay, perhaps Kendall Jackson, which has a very buttery and creamy finish.
And I'd end with none other than their homemade Tiramisu! Ahhhhh...Delish!!
Unfortunately, this copy of Tonight's Dinner Special did not come out as clear or as easily readable as I had hoped. I did want to mention, (as it is hard to see) that to the right of my 'eyezz', my blog has been mentioned.
“To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children...to leave the world a better place...to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded.” ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

Summit of Mount Jo 9/24/10
A few friends were worried about me. They were worried about me hiking Mount Jo by myself, so I took this video to show how many people were around that day if I needed assistance. I even chatted with several and had a few people share a glass of wine with me at the summit. :)
Mount Jo. 9/24/10 After the crowd left
This is what the summit looked like... with no people on it. In the previous video I took, I showed all the people who had made this same hike to her summit.
